My name is Annette Neff. I have operated Pet Behavior Associates, INC. since 1985. My formal education includes a Masters in Science degree from The Ohio State University which included coursework in both education and psychology.

I taught in the Columbus City Schools for 30 years. I retired in 2015. Retirement gave me the opportunity to expand my services to include three locations at which I offer classes.

Additionally, I have bred Border Terriers since 1993. This experience has allowed me to observe the early learning, development and behavior first hand.
